Strategic Planning for your Church, Synagogue, or Mosque
Recently meyrick Payne, a partner of Management Practice Inc. (MPI), was asked to design and coordinate the long-term strategic planning for his church. This mterial developed in conjunction with the Revenrend Gary Wilburn, Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Stamford, Conneticut.

For over 25 years, the partners and staff of MPI have designed and participated in corporate planning processes. If these work well for the body corporate, why not for the body spiritual? In the word of George Burns in his clever comedy, Oh God!, "He gave us the tools, now we have to build the roads" (and draw the maps!)
The long-term strategic planning process depicted on the back of this page is a bare bones process which may be helpful to our friends who participate in the management of their spiritual home of whatever denomination.
