Meyrick is the managing partner of the firm, he has served as the CFO and director of Reeves Communications
Corporation, a public television production and publishing
company, and worked for McKinsey & Co., where he consulted in the
Banking and Finance practice. He qualified is a British Chartered
Accountant and a CPA.

Richard leads our industry research work. For the last five years he has been responsible for collecting,
preparing and disseminating publishing industry statistics and is well
versed in current developments in the publishing industry.

Management Practice is pleased to welcome Diane to the firm. She has many years of experience helping industry associations better serve the needs of their constituents. Diane joins us in a new business development role.

Jay has worked for Management Practice since 2004 and focuses on the
areas of trustee compensation, contract renewal/15c, and profitability
analysis. Jay is also a financial planner and is pursuing CFP
certification.

Joanna joined the firm in 2007, she provides research support across the organization.

Sara has
worked for Management Practice since January 2007, focusing on the
areas of mutual fund governance, contract renewal, and profitability
analysis. She began her career in Finance in 1996 with Standard & Poor's,
in their financial analysis and product sector. In 2001, she shifted
into the mutual fund industry, working for Janus in their Corporate
Finance division.
